Named for the Aristotelian concept of "the end within you," Entelecheia represents Denci's vision for Finger Lakes potential. This Sekt spent 36 months on lees—exceptional for East Coast sparkling—from 30-year-old vines at Sheldrake Point's R-1 block. The result is brioche-inflected complexity rarely seen outside Champagne, with Riesling's signature tension intact.
