“La Bota de Vermut Blanco Seco” #133 is Equipo Navazos’ dry white vermouth, made from old Palomino Fino sourced from Sanlúcar soleras. The base is Fino averaging 10 years of age.
Infused with wormwood, chamomile, and citrus peel, then bottled unsweetened and unfiltered. Bracingly dry and saline, it’s a cocktail-ready vermouth with deep Andalusian roots.
