Evening Land’s Seven Springs Chardonnay is sourced from estate vines planted on Jory and Willakenzie volcanic soils in the Eola-Amity Hills. The 2022 vintage benefits from cool nights and balanced ripening, yielding bright orchard fruit framed by mineral tension. Native-yeast fermentation in French oak tempers the wine without overwhelming it.

Aged on lees for ten months with periodic stirring, this mid-tier bottling reflects Evening Land’s Burgundian-inspired approach. It offers structure and elegance—crisp but textured—capturing its volcanic site and varietal purity.
