A grower Champagne made by Quentin Richard, who learned the trade at his family's celebrated Francis Boulard et Fille estate before launching his own label in the Vallee de la Marne. Chronique is the house's everyday Brut, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier (roughly 40/40/20) that captures all three Champagne grapes in one glass. It drinks with the energy and transparency you'd hope for from a small grower rather than a big house. A genuinely personal bottle of bubbles at a fair price.
