A riotous blend of 30% Tocai Friulano, 23% Albariño, 21% Verdelho, 21% Vermentino, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc, all organic and hailing from all over the Golden State. With juicy aromatics and flavors of peach, melon, lime, salt and stones, this is a lightly aromatic, super textural wine. Folk Machine is Kenny Likitprakong’s California label, known for laid-back blends and site-driven wines.
