Perfect Pairings

A contemplative after-dinner dram—neat, no ice. Nothing needs to accompany it, but dark chocolate, dried fruit and nuts, or an aged hard cheese make good, quiet company.

Tasting Profile

Deeply mature whisky. Long years in hogshead give old-oak complexity—honey, wax, dried orchard fruit and sweet spice—while the sherry-butt finish layers in dried fruit and richer depth. Soft and mellow despite the 47.7%, with a very long, evolving finish.
