Tasting Notes & Food Pairings

Perfect Pairings

Neat, on the rocks, or as the backbone of an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. Good with barbecue ribs, smoked brisket, aged cheddar, pecan pie, or salted dark chocolate.

Tasting Profile

Vanilla, caramel corn and toasted oak on the nose, with a rye-driven hint of baking spice. Medium-bodied and smooth, gently sweet up front, finishing dry with light pepper and warm oak.
