Orange wine for the table, the patio, and the beach cooler, served in a one-liter bottle because more is better. Gulp/Hablo is a collaboration between the Parra brothers and winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce, using grapes from Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards in La Mancha. The blend is half Verdejo and half Sauvignon Blanc, given a week of skin maceration before fermenting with native yeasts in stainless steel. The wine is bottled lightly hazy without fining or filtering and with only a touch of sulfur. At 11% alcohol, this is the kind of bottle that disappears at any gathering: lightly tannic, gently funky, citrus-driven, and built for casual drinking. The 1L format is the point — same juice, more for the table.

Tasting Profile

Hazy pale gold with aromas of orange blossom, jackfruit, dried apricot, tea leaf, and citrus peel. The palate is yeasty and textured with light tannic grip, bright acidity, and a refreshing, gently bitter finish that resets the palate.
