What is this wine?

This is a grower Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay (“Blanc de Blancs”), sourced from old vines (“Vieilles Vignes”) in Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, the heartland of top Chardonnay in Champagne. The “NV” designation means it is a non-vintage cuvée, crafted from multiple harvests for balance and consistency.

Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from old vines offers exceptional purity, depth, and minerality—qualities usually found in much more expensive prestige cuvées. With limited production and vineyard sourcing at the very top level, this bottle delivers serious Champagne character at excellent value.

What does this wine taste like?

Expect a precise, elegant style: fine mousse, bright citrus and green apple fruit, chalky minerality, and subtle brioche notes from aging. The old-vine fruit brings extra concentration and length on the palate.
