Sourced from several top vineyard sites and blending primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot (and sometimes Cab Franc), the 2021 vintage brings together purity, structure, and the region’s natural poise.
The nose leads with cassis, black cherry, cedar, and dried herbs, edged by tobacco leaf and a hint of graphite. On the palate, it’s layered and sleek: ripe but restrained, with fine-grained tannins, juicy acidity, and a mineral-driven finish. There's richness, yes—but it’s carried on cool winds and basalt soils, not oak and excess. This is a red for Bordeaux drinkers who like their structure transparent and their fruit honest.
