What is this wine?
Jean-Baptiste Hardy is a young Loire vigneron gaining attention for precise, terroir-driven Muscadet. Éclats is 100% Melon de Bourgogne from organically farmed vines in Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine. The name means “fragments” or “shards,” a nod to the stony soils that shape the wine’s mineral character. Fermented with native yeasts and aged sur lie, it shows the freshness and texture that make modern Muscadet so compelling.
