Chaland’s "Perle de Roche" (Pearl of the Rock) comes from 45-year vines planted on a limestone slab, spending 2–3 years on lees to build complexity and texture. Brut Nature (zero dosage) means every molecule sings of terroir: hazelnut, coffee, and that chalky minerality that makes you taste the vineyard itself. Third-generation organic farming (since 2006) means this tiny 4-hectare domaine prioritizes precision over volume.
