Julien Pilon’s 2023 Les Maisons de Victor is a beautifully restrained take on Saint-Péray—a northern Rhône white that offers richness, texture, and stunning balance.
Made from Marsanne and Roussanne grown on limestone and granite, this wine shows off ripe pear, white peach, and delicate floral notes, wrapped in a silky, finely tuned texture. There’s no oak heaviness—just clean fruit, subtle savory tones, and a stony core that keeps it lifted and refreshing.
It’s Rhône white for white Burgundy lovers: structured but not weighty, nuanced but easy to enjoy now, with the potential to age gracefully over the next 5–7 years.
