A blend of in-house, pot-distilled straight whiskeys: bourbon, corn whiskey, and other barrels we find to make an approachable, standard proof bourbon suitable for highballs or boilermakers. Light enough to enjoy whenever the occasion might call for whiskey, yet complex enough for daily sipping.

Tasting Profile

Sweet corn and vanilla with light baking spice and toasted grain from the pot still. Medium-bodied and gently warming, light enough for easy drinking but complex enough to sip. Clean finish.
