Sauvignon Blanc grown in Oregon—and made the way Limited Addition makes everything: organic farming, native yeasts, minimal intervention, and a real sense of place. Bree Stock (one of the only American women to hold the Master of Wine title) and Chad Stock have built their project around late-ripening varieties that hold their nerve in the Willamette's increasingly warm growing seasons. Their Sauvignon Blanc is a far cry from the punchy New Zealand template and equally distinct from the leaner Loire style—this is Oregon's own riff, cool-climate but ripe-skinned, with the textural lift that comes from neutral-barrel and tank aging. Bottled with nothing added, it shows the energy and salinity that define the address. A serious white that drinks easily and refuses to be boring.

Tasting Profile

Pale straw with green flashes. Lime peel, white peach, lemongrass, fennel frond, and a curl of crushed stone. Medium-bodied, dry, with crisp, juicy acidity, a creamy mid-palate from lees aging, and a saline, herbal finish that lingers.
