Born in 2016 in San Francisco from a partnership between E. & J. Gallo and Steven Grasse of Quaker City Mercantile, the man behind Hendrick's Gin and Sailor Jerry Rum, with bartender Claire Sprouse helping shape the line. Lo-Fi makes a dry vermouth, a sweet vermouth and a gentian amaro, all built on California wine (Muscat Canelli and Chardonnay) and natural botanicals. Smart-looking bottles, genuinely good in a drink. Approachable vermouth done right.
