Hailing from Fouesnant, one of Brittany’s most revered cider-producing villages, Manoir du Kinkiz crafts this cider using traditional methods: hand-harvested apples, wild fermentation, and no added sugar or filtration. The blend of bitter, sweet, and sharp apple varieties results in a beautifully balanced cider that’s both rustic and refined.
Expect aromas of baked apple, hay, and gentle funk, followed by a palate of tart apple, soft tannin, and a dry, lightly effervescent finish. There’s just enough barnyard character to keep it interesting, without overwhelming the fruit’s purity. At around 5% ABV, it's refreshing and food-friendly—perfect with crêpes, charcuterie, or aged cheeses.
