Domaine Michel Caillot's Santenay 'Les Bras' is a white Burgundy from the Côte de Beaune expressing Chardonnay from a premier vineyard site. The wine undergoes slow fermentation in the cellar's cool conditions and develops great balance between fruit and acidity with creamy texture and purity. Notes of light toast, lemon zest, hazelnut, and vanilla emerge, finishing crisp and complex. This is a mature vintage showing the refinement Burgundy whites achieve with time.
