Everyday natural white from a leading Central European producer. Milan Nestarec's father planted the first vineyard in 2001; Milan took over in 2008 and converted to organic. Certified organic since 2022, though practices date to 2008. 30 hectares across 13 sites in Moravia, Czech Republic. Blend of Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, and Neuburger. Wild yeast fermentation, no fining, no filtration, little to no sulfur. Described as "friendly wine for drinking."
