Monte Dall'Ora, established in 1995 by Carlo Venturini and Alessandra Zantedeschi, sits on one of five ridges descending Valpolicella's central valley. Both founders come from vignaioli (winemaker) families and started fresh with their own estate, initially farming organically before converting to biodynamic agriculture in 2006. The Saseti bottling represents classic Valpolicella Classico in the estate's biodynamic, natural winemaking style. The blend—Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara and Oseleta 10%—captures traditional Valpolicella character. The 2024 vintage, young and fresh, shows the house style: natural fermentation with minimal intervention. A wine for those seeking authentic, place-driven Valpolicella from a producer committed to regenerative farming.
