Müller-Catoir is a Pfalz estate that brings laser focus and elegance to every wine they make—and their 2023 Scheurebe Trocken is one of the most exciting sleeper whites of the vintage. Scheurebe is often pigeonholed as semi-sweet, but here it’s totally dry, mouthwatering, and bursting with aromatic energy.

On the nose, it’s all pink grapefruit, white flowers, passionfruit, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it’s crisp and electric, with just enough texture to give it presence, but zero sweetness to weigh it down. It finishes with citrusy bite and a salty edge that begs for food.
