Aligoté from Burgundy's dedicated Aligoté appellation—Bouzeron. Nathalie Richez built her domaine from scratch starting in 2011, acquiring small plots as she could afford them after leaving a career as a marine engineer. 12 hectares total, with 0.45 hectares of Bouzeron split across two parcels: one planted in the 1950s, one in the 1980s. Spontaneous fermentation, no cultured yeast. Aged one full year on fine lees entirely in stainless steel—deliberately avoiding oak to preserve Aligoté's character. Based in Chagny.
