Noel Bazin, Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs L'Unanime, NV

$56.99
Use code 10OFF to get 10% off 12+ bottles

Meticulous grower Champagne from just 3.3 hectares across 25 parcels in Premier Cru Villers-Marmery. Noël and Magali Bazin founded this tiny estate in 1999, farming vines up to 50 years old on chalk-rich soils so pure you can pick chunks from the surface. L'Unanime blends 70% current vintage with 30% reserve wines including some oak-aged. The result is precise, mineral-driven Blanc de Blancs with citrus zest, crushed chalk, and saline freshness. Frankfurt Trophy winner—exceptional value in serious grower Champagne.

Champagne

Champagne boasts some of the world’s greatest luxury brands with Krug, Cristal and, of course, Dom Perignon. But it’s also home to hundreds of small dynamic producers—farmers who grow their own grapes (often organically) and make (often with natural methods) tiny amounts of pure and absolutely delicious wine that reflect the individual personalities of their villages and terroirs. Toast with these wines, for sure. But also treat them like the great wines they are: taste, drink, explore!
