Outward’s Pét-Nat comes from Pinot Gris grown at Shoestring Vineyard in Santa Ynez. Made with native yeasts and bottled before fermentation finishes, it highlights Outward’s low-intervention style.

Unfined and unfiltered, it’s lightly sparkling with bright orchard fruit and a raw, energetic edge. A playful California Pét-Nat rooted in careful farming and honest winemaking.

Ryan Pace and Natalie Siddique started Outward Wines in 2016 to share their love of Syrah and the Central Coast of California. Now they farm six acres across San Luis Obispo Coast and the Santa Ynez Valley, plus they source from other thoughtfully farmed, coastal-influenced vineyards. It's small-lot, site-specific, and serious about terroir. Avant-Garde Wine & Spirits imports them. The kind of project that starts with passion and scales only as far as principle allows.
