Pedres Blanques is a project by Tom Lubbe of Matassa, working old vines in the Roussillon. This 2019 blends Grenache and Carignan from schist soils, farmed biodynamically for energy and finesse. Low yields ensure vivid concentration.

Fermented with native yeasts and minimal sulfur, it captures pure southern fruit with a lifted, savory edge. A soulful, unfiltered Vin de France that speaks clearly of Mediterranean hills.
