A winemaker follows his father home. Matías Riccitelli returned to his native Cafayate Valley to work alongside Jorge, creating this vibrant Torrontés from 40-year-old vines at 1,000 meters elevation. Hand-harvested, macerated for two days, and aged in concrete eggs for six months, it balances minerality with tropical brightness: white flowers and stonefruit on the nose give way to grapefruit, guava, and kiwi with a playful green apple finish.
