Saracina sources this Sauvignon Blanc from the organically farmed Lolonis Vineyard in Mendocino County, planted in the 1940s. The cool-climate site and old vines yield naturally low crops with concentrated flavor. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine retains freshness and varietal clarity.

As a single-vineyard bottling, it reflects both site character and Saracina’s clean, expressive style. Excellent with fresh salads, seafood, or soft cheeses.
