Marlborough's largest Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyard produces Sauvignon Blanc with soul. "Momo"—Māori for offspring—receives the same meticulous care as Seresin's top cuvées: hand-harvested, lunar-cycle farmed, and fermented from certified organic grapes. The estate uses horses for vineyard work and follows biodynamic preparations religiously. This isn't your typical Marlborough Sauv Blanc—expect a floral, textured wine that's drier and more complex than the regional norm.
