This whiskey comes from the highest distillery in Japan nestled between the Northern and Southern Alps. This blend gives a nod to American whiskey traditions and makes use of a large percentage of corn and ex-bourbon barrels. Beautiful caramelized fruit flavors of quince and apple with a dollop of roasted vanilla.

The cool temps and soft granite-filtered snowmelt create a clean, delicate house style. Single malts, peated and unpeated, plus blends with imported Scottish whisky. Blend of 70% corn and 30% malted barley

Aged between 2–5 years in ex-bourbon barrels

Delicate nose of cinnamon and brûléed sugar; palate of Red Delicious apple skin and English breakfast tea with pleasant tannin on the finish

Perfect Pairings

Neat, over ice, or in a highball with soda; it also makes a fine Japanese-style Old Fashioned. Pair with yakitori, teriyaki-glazed salmon, grilled pork belly, or an apple tart.

Tasting Profile

Beautiful caramelized fruit, quince and apple, with a dollop of roasted vanilla and toasted oak from the ex-bourbon barrels. Medium-bodied and rounded, gently sweet, finishing soft and warming.
