Insanely refreshing and delicious with raspberry, blood orange, herbs, limestone minerality/salinity. Fresh, easygoing, juicy but also really complex. Made by a super talented young female Rioja-native winemaker. 

By no means is Rioja a cool-climate wine region. But up in Rioja Alavesa, in the high elevation foothills and on rocky, clay-limestone soils, there is plenty of freshness to be found. This is a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha from some of the area's coldest parcels.
