More about Silver Heights

In 2019, the Chinese President served this winery's wines to Emmanuel Macron. But the real story is Emma Gao, who studied winemaking in Bordeaux, married a winemaker, and is making biodynamic wine in Ningxia alongside her father. First Chinese winery with Demeter certification. That's bold.
