Former professional tennis player turned winemaker/special forces soldier Sergiy Stakhovsky fell in love with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot while playing tournaments in Bordeaux. 

His Cabernet grows in soils of limestone, loam, and volcanic clay, lending an intense minerality; it’s fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels and exhibits classic Bordeaux-esque flavors of cassis, black cherry, spices, earth, and mineral notes.
