Tasting Notes & Food Pairings

Perfect Pairings

Daiquiri first; then with spicy ginger beer and lots of lime juice. Pour it alongside jerk chicken, grilled shrimp, fish tacos, plantain chips, or ceviche.

Tasting Profile

Grassy and green on the nose with a tropical undertow from the Jamaican pot still — banana, a hint of pineapple. Light-bodied, dry and clean, with a crisp, faintly funky finish.
