Tequila Ocho redefined how we talk about blanco tequila. Each Single Estate Plata release comes from a different rancho—showcasing how soil, elevation, and harvest year shape the flavor of the agave. It’s made slow and traditional: brick ovens, open-air fermentation, copper pot distillation, and zero additives.
