Terah Bajjalieh left a finance career for wine, and California is better for it. She founded Terah Wine Co. in 2020, making 120 cases in a friend's garage, and now produces minimal-intervention wines from small growers farming organically or biodynamically. Alongside Grenache and Syrah she gravitates to less-traveled grapes like Barbera, Vermentino, Aligoté and skin-contact Muscat from 100-year-old vines. Every bottle feels intentional.
