Tim Smith’s 2024 Rosé shows a different side of Barossa—fresh, dry, and built for drinking now. Made primarily from Grenache, with possible support from Mataro or Shiraz, it delivers bright fruit, soft texture, and a clean, dry finish.

You’ll get notes of strawberry, watermelon, and blood orange, with a hint of spice and citrus on the back end. It’s mouthwatering and light on its feet, but with enough flavor to hold up to food.
