Tomac, a pioneer of traditional-method sparkling wines in Croatia’s Plešivica region, crafts Diplomat with the precision and depth of top grower Champagnes. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards and made from a blend of Chardonnay and Plavac Žuti, this wine undergoes extended lees aging, adding richness while preserving its electric freshness. The result is a beautifully layered sparkling wine that showcases both Croatian terroir and world-class craftsmanship.
Lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers lead, followed by subtle notes of almond, brioche, and wet stone. The bubbles are fine and persistent, carrying a vibrant acidity that keeps the wine fresh and structured.
