Master of Wine Nova Cadamatre has been making dynamite Finger Lakes wines for years, and is now turning out her best wines yet under her solo project, Trestle Thirty One. This Demi-Sec Riesling might surprise you: it has 20g/L of residual sugar (less than what's in most Kabinett Rieslings) and razor-sharp acidity, so that touch of sweetness is so well balanced you might not even notice it's there.
