Made in tiny quantities from organically farmed vineyards along California’s North Coast, Trestle Thirty’s One Rosé is more than just a summer sipper. This 2023 bottling is a thoughtful blend—often Grenache-based with supporting roles from Rhône or Iberian varieties—pressed gently and fermented with native yeasts for clarity and texture.

Pale in color but full of energy, it opens with grapefruit peel, alpine strawberry, and fresh herbs. The palate is bone-dry, with a savory edge and subtle minerality that lift it beyond simple fruit. A short aging period in neutral barrels or stainless gives it quiet complexity and soft edges, without any overt oak.

It’s the kind of rosé that works year-round—versatile enough for a roast chicken or a Niçoise salad, but just as good on its own. One Rosé is made with intention, not leftovers—California-grown, minimal intervention, and ready to pour.
