A French 75 that doesn't need a bar: gin and sparkling wine with citrus and elderflower, already mixed, already fizzy, and bottled at a friendly 11%. That last number matters — this is the rare ready-to-drink cocktail you can open before dinner without derailing the evening. The line comes from chefs Rita Sodi and Jody Williams of the West Village's Via Carota, who built it to put restaurant craftsmanship into something you just pour. At 200ml it's a single serve, which makes it the most honest format for a cocktail like this: no half-finished bottle going flat in the fridge door. Drink it chilled straight from the bottle, or do it properly in a flute or coupe with a wide lemon twist — that's the producer's own advice, and the twist is worth the ten seconds.

Tasting Profile

The nose leads with juniper, coriander and anise over bright lemon zest. On the palate it's light and fizzy, with elderflower and a touch of toasted brioche from the sparkling wine, crisp citrus acidity, and a long, bright finish.
