Weiser-Kunstler is a benchmark Mosel estate for anyone who prizes purity and tension. Konstantin Weiser and Alexandra Kunstler farm terrifyingly steep slopes of old, ungrafted vines organically, entirely by hand where machines can't go, making some of the most consistently brilliant Rieslings in the Mosel. This Feinherb is their off-dry style: just enough sweetness to round the edges, kept in line by crystalline acidity and a raw mineral backbone. Featherweight, cerebral and profoundly drinkable, and remarkably fairly priced given how hard this farming is.
