Willems-Willems is a family estate on the Saar — the cool, slate-laced tributary of the Mosel that produces some of Germany's most electric, precise Rieslings. Five generations of Willems women have shaped the property, now farmed with organically grown grapes. This Saar Riesling Feinherb is the perfect introduction to the region: "feinherb" means just off-dry, so it's barely sweet, with crunchy slate, white fruit, and a saline snap. The 2022 is a recent, vibrant vintage. Light, pristine, and refreshing — Saar Riesling at its most easygoing and food-friendly.
