Yann Bertrand's P'tit Bouchon is a Beaujolais Primeur of rare authenticity—only made three times since Bertrand's first vintage. Sourced from organically-grown Gamay after losing his own grapes to frost and hail, this 2025 wine undergoes eight days of carbonic maceration and ages six weeks in old barrels before bottling unfined, unfiltered, and without added SO2. Brilliant and juicy, with silky tannins and a mineral, salivating finish: this is what Primeur can be.
