Sylvie Esmonin’s Côtes de Nuits-Villages comes from parcels just outside Gevrey-Chambertin, reflecting her family’s long Côte de Nuits heritage. She farms sustainably, emphasizing soil vitality and vine health.

Partial whole-cluster fermentation and aging in used barrels bring lift and subtle earthiness. A supple, village-level Pinot that offers a clear taste of Burgundy’s northern slopes.

It is more floral than the previous vintage, with white flowers complementing the dark berry fruit. The medium-bodied palate has a juicy entry and fine acidity, fresh and saline with a lively finish.
