Sylvie Esmonin’s Gevrey-Chambertin comes from estate parcels rooted in limestone soils, reflecting her family’s long legacy in the village. She farms sustainably, preserving vineyard vitality.
Partial whole-cluster fermentation and aging in mostly used barrels bring out Gevrey’s dark fruit and savory depth. A poised Pinot that channels classic Côte de Nuits terroir.
