The wines of Domaine Galouchey come from a micro-vineyard (<1 hectare) in Entre-Deux-Mers, which has never been sullied by chemical farming. Here the inspiration is Burgundy, not just in scope, but in the finesse and transparency of the wines. Grapes are hand-harvested and hand-destemmed! New oak is never used.
