What is this wine?

Clos du Bourg is one of Domaine Huet’s most prized vineyards in Vouvray, planted on shallow limestone soils with a thin layer of clay. The site produces wines that are often the most structured and ageworthy in the Huet range. The 2022 Demi-Sec is made from Chenin Blanc with a touch of residual sugar, balancing ripe fruit with the precision and minerality for which Huet is famous.
