This village Chablis is the heart of the range, drawn from several sites blending limestone and clay-driven parcels, with vines spanning a wide range of ages. The winemaking is purist: low yields, native-yeast fermentation, and aging entirely in stainless steel with no oak, so you get pure, electric Chablis character—grapefruit, flint, and that mouthwatering salinity. The 2024 is young and bright. There's never much of it, so grab it when you see it. Serve well-chilled.
