"From a 2.5 ha holding spread over Vaillons proper, Roncières, Séchet, Châtains and Epinottes. The mildly exotic aromas of ripe orchard, including white and yellow peach, apricot, lychee and passion fruit, are cut with citrus and tidal pool nuances. There is once again fine volume and excellent richness to the delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess a subtle minerality on the bone-dry, youthfully austere and borderline tannic finish. At least a few years of cellaring should be beneficial."
