More about Eric Bordelet

Eric Bordelet was a sommelier in Paris before he returned to his family's orchards in Normandy in 1992 and revolutionized the cider category. Working with apples and pears, he makes fermented beverages that taste more like vintage wine than beer—dry, complex, age-worthy. He's single-handedly elevated cider to fine wine status.
